After casting, we take care of all further processing steps to deliver your components ready for assembly. This includes cleaning the parts, reliable leak testing if required, and individual assembly processes. With clearly defined test procedures and state-of-the-art measurement technology, we ensure that every component meets customer requirements.
Blasting & vibratory finishing
With our blasting and vibratory grinding processes, we optimize surfaces specifically for function and appearance. Blasting removes burrs, homogenizes the surface, and prepares the components for further processes. Vibratory grinding also ensures defined edge rounding, reduced roughness, and an evenly smooth surface. Together, both processes guarantee a high-quality, resilient, and visually appealing surface.
Washing
Our industrial washing processes reliably clean castings of chips, cooling lubricants, particles, and residues from production. Defined cleaning procedures ensure consistently high cleanliness—a prerequisite for subsequent steps such as leak testing, assembly, or surface finishing. This ensures that every component is technically flawless and ready for immediate further processing.
Leak testing
Our leak tests are carried out using state-of-the-art testing and measurement technology, which we design in collaboration with renowned manufacturers. This ensures that every component meets the specified functional and quality requirements. Reproducible conditions guarantee consistently high process reliability and enable us to supply components that are reliably manufactured for their intended use.
Final inspection & packaging
During the final inspection, we check each component against defined quality criteria and ensure that all customer requirements are fully met. The parts are then professionally packaged in accordance with specifications or internal standards. This ensures that the parts arrive at our customers’ premises optimally protected, clean, and ready for use.
