Toolmaking plays a particularly important role at our company. With our highly specialized employees and our 5-axis CNC milling centers, we manufacture sophisticated tools weighing between 1 and 40 tons.

Our design department uses modern CAD systems such as CREO12 and offers data exchange with our customers via various interfaces such as DXF (2D), IGES, STEP, or VDA format.

Your CAD data is analyzed and checked by our experts. With the help of rapid prototyping, a 3D prototype is created, which enables us to evaluate the special features of your component even better and optimize our molds accordingly. With the help of Altair Inspire Cast, we simulate, analyze, and optimize the casting process virtually at an early stage.

Supported by our close partnership with leading steel manufacturers and our many years of toolmaking expertise, we achieve above-average tool life. The result: stable production processes, reduced downtime, and consistently high-quality castings.
