Using state-of-the-art equipment and precise process control, we manufacture aluminum die-cast parts that impress with their dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and stability.

We work with real-time controlled horizontal die casting machines with clamping forces ranging from 500 tons to 4,400 tons.

In production, we can respond flexibly to our customers’ wishes and requirements, enabling us to produce small series from around 1,000 units per year.

The range of parts that can be produced extends from 0.2 kg to 50 kg finished part weight.

Supported by flexible production planning and continuous monitoring, including X-ray inspections and component measurement, consistent casting quality is ensured. Structured emergency management with available replacement machines guarantees production capability at all times.
