Our core competence lies in aluminum die casting and providing comprehensive support to our customers along the entire value chain. We support our customers right from the planning and design phase with sound advice and technical expertise to ensure that castings are optimally designed in terms of function, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Thanks to our in-house design department and our own mold and fixture construction facility, we can guarantee short development times, a high degree of flexibility, and consistent implementation of customer-specific requirements. Our die casting foundry has a wide range of machines, including 17 cold chamber die casting machines with clamping forces ranging from 500 to 4,400 tons. This enables us to manufacture both small and large-volume aluminum die castings efficiently and reliably.

Further processing is carried out by our own mechanical machining department with 34 NC machining centers, ensuring maximum dimensional accuracy and reproducible quality. In addition, we work with qualified and certified suppliers to expand our range of services in line with demand.

For demanding applications, we offer, for example, the impregnation of pressure-tight components, assembly production including installation, and modern joining processes such as friction stir welding. In addition, we carry out surface finishing by powder coating, Cr3 passivation, and/or cathodic electrocoating, adapted to the respective technical and optical requirements.

Quality assurance is our top priority. Pressure tightness tests and component washing are carried out strictly in accordance with customer specifications and documented processes. This enables us to supply ready-to-install die-cast aluminum solutions from a single source – reliably, precisely, and tailored to the individual requirements of our customers.
